NAP employees engaging in Social Media on behalf of our multi-family portfolio must receive accreditation from our Social Media training program, including Hootsuite University to teach the features / functionalities of the HootSuite dashboard to effectively manage NAP’ s social media efforts:
• HootSuite Training- Learn the features and functionalities of the HootSuite dashboard to effectively manage NAP’ s social media efforts.
• Lecture Series- Build on your social skills through 20- 30 minute webinars featuring best practices and tips from industry-leading brands, platforms and educators.
• HootSuite Certification- Earn industry-recognized credentials demonstrating your expertise with the HootSuite dashboard, earned through passing a series of exams.
