NAP employees engaging in Social Media on behalf of our multi-family portfolio must receive accreditation from our Social Media training program , including Hootsuite University to teach the features / functionalities of the HootSuite dashboard to effectively manage NAP ’ s social media efforts :

• Lecture Series - Build on your social skills through 20 - 30 minute webinars featuring best practices and tips from industry-leading brands , platforms and educators .
• HootSuite Certification - Earn industry-recognized credentials demonstrating your expertise with the HootSuite dashboard , earned through passing a series of exams .
