b. Capturing B-roll – Film crew will capture B-roll of these places( no talent needed). This should be the 1st day we arrive( the travel day) as we ' ll have to go there a 2nd time to get the talent part after the script is written. c. Scripting – Film team will layout the video“ storyline” using the MTN intro / outro and the“ places” B-rolI. Talent will use storyline to draft a script( see example below). d. Filming – Talent will record on-camera and voice over from each“ place.”
3. Website integration.
a. Linking video content – Link each relevant video to lists existing on our apartment community’ s website( i. e., Where to Shop, Dine, etc.). b. Add linkable items- Add things to your existing list that we have videos for( i. e., Main Street Grapevine and Lake Grapevine). c. Create custom URLS – Embed each YouTube video into a video player on the website. Each video in the player should have it’ s own custom URL.
v� Leasing Manager Video – In this video, NAP introduces our community manager to prospects. This video is filmed in / around our apartment community with the leasing manager at different, key locations. He / She will talk about life in our apartment community’ s city for him / her and their family. This will give prospects a personal connection with the leasing manager before they ever walk in the door.
