Voccola says all four phases will be complete by next year ’ s Kaseya Connect Global in Las Vegas .
“ Our strategy as a company is very simple ,” Voccola says . “ We want to change the unit economics of the MSP industry .”
The Groundswell Of Kaseya 365 Endpoint
To date , more than 5,000 MSPs have adopted Kaseya 365 Endpoint — an all-in-one subscription for managing , securing , and backing up the endpoint — with more than 5 million endpoints under management . Those MSP adopters have already achieved hundreds of millions of dollars in total cost savings annually .
“ We did not expect as many people to come onto the platform as quickly as they have ,” Voccola says .
“ I ’ ve never seen product acceptance like this in all the time that I ’ ve been in this industry , which is from the beginning ,” says Gary Pica , industry veteran and founder of TruMethods , a Kaseya training and peer group . “ And what ’ s interesting is some of it has been based on the economic model . People get that they can offer more , have higher margins , or be more aggressive on price . But MSPs have told me the fact that their technicians now have a bundle of tools with the same look and feel with built-in automations is very impactful . I think you ’ re going to see the same or even greater market acceptance of Kaseya 365 User .”
Why Kaseya 365 User ?
“ Security today is not only about making sure that your devices are properly secured but protecting the human being who interacts with those devices ,” says Voccola . “ Kaseya 365 User , at a very low price , is providing MSPs with all the technology required to make sure that the user is doing the right things and is protected .”
Kaseya 365 User includes phishing defense , cloud detection and response ( CDR ), security awareness training , credential monitoring , and SaaS Backup , plus hundreds of automations .
“ The vision of Kaseya 365 User is really just extending our vision of making MSPs ‘ Powered by Kaseya ’ the most effective , efficient , and profitable ,” Voccola says . “ With profit margins at 30 %– 35 %, MSPs have a lot more room to better serve their customers . They can take chances . They can make investments . They ’ re not just scraping by .”
Voccola says MSPs can use Kaseya 365 Endpoint and User together , but they don ’ t have to . “ As we ’ ve said for 10 years , we will never , ever , force people into only Kaseya .” However , he adds , “ We want to do everything in our power to make it so advantageous for MSPs to use the entire Kaseya stack that it [ becomes ] the best choice for their business and their customers .”
In addition , Kaseya is continuing to build more automations into its solutions , closing in on 300 Cooper Bots today . Using Endpoint and User together allows MSPs to take advantage of their integrated workflows . “ The more of Kaseya 365 that ’ s consumed , the better the unit economics get for the MSP ,” Voccola says .
