Closing Statements: Not Just for the Court Room

from Chapter 10 of Heroes Get Hired

The end of an interview isn't just a time for niceties and pleasantries (though it IS a time for those too).

Building Financial Foundations:

MFAN’s Social Learning Program

What will I learn? This program will help you to:

1. Understand how to assess your current financial situation.

2. Manage your finances effectively with online tools and advice from experts.

3. Plan for the future by identifying clear goals, setting a savings target, and preparing for retirement.

4. Protect yourself and your family from predatory lenders and identity thieves.

How does this program work? The 10-week program, delivered through social learning, will guide participants through these objectives and encourage them to share what they are learning with their networks to inspire other military families to participate.

How do I participate? Check MFAN’s website and Facebook page for information about the launch, coming later this spring.

Talking about finances isn’t fun — but the more you know, the easier those conversations become. To help with these discussions, the Military Family Advisory Network (MFAN) is developing a financial literacy program, designed specifically for military families, that will enable you to understand the principles behind building a solid financial foundation.

At CASY-MSCCN, we believe that your career opportunities and financial security go hand in hand. That's why we are highlighting this exciting new program from the Military Family Advisor Network!
