Board members of Hero House, Colquitt County’ s child advocacy center, joined with representatives of First Presbyterian Church to celebrate the church’ s donation of the land the charity sits on. The gift of the land made possible a grant that is allowing Hero House to build an interview building with a soundproof room behind the main facility on First Street Southeast. Ground was broken for the new building in February 2024. Photo by Kevin C. Hall
