Fermin Aldeguer’ s progression through the junior ranks was rapid and relentless. Early success in national MiniGP and Cuna de Campeones competition led to strong results in the European Talent Cup, where regular podium finishes marked him out as a rider to watch. A switch to the Moto2™ European Championship proved decisive. Aldeguer dominated his debut season, winning the opening six races and securing the title. That form earned wider recognition and a breakthrough opportunity in Moto2™, first as a substitute and then as a full time rider.

Steady development gave way to a standout 2023 campaign. Victory at Silverstone sparked a remarkable late season run, with four consecutive wins propelling him to third overall. A MotoGP™ debut followed in 2025 with Gresini Racing and Aldeguer delivered immediately. A landmark victory in Indonesia secured Rookie of the Year honours. Remaining with Gresini for 2026, Aldeguer targets further race wins despite a disrupted pre season.
