tion is open to children ages 4-11. The event is located at the old festival grounds at 43rd Place NE near Allina Clinic.
At noon, the parade will begin, which starts on Town Center Drive then moves onto Edgewood and ends on Frankfort Parkway. Reserve your spots early and enjoy the family fun at the festival while you wait for the parade to start.
After collecting candy during the noon parade, curious children can head to 43rd Place near Allina Clinic to meet Wright County Deputy Dan Cotten and his K-9.
At 2 p. m., several events ramp up. Head over to listen to the KRWC Radio Show which will feature music, prizes and fun from 2 to 4 p. m. Race remote control
cars with Party Crashers RC from 2 to 6 p. m.
The fun doesn’ t stop there, starting at 4 p. m., kiddos can visit Balloon Dude on festival grounds, to get their own balloon creation.
A petting zoo will return yet again this year with free opportunities to meet and touch animals on the festival grounds from 4:30 to 7 p. m., so animal lovers, come one, come all. The petting zoo is provided by Joah’ s Ark.
Fireworks will end Saturday with a bang. View on the lawn at St. Michael City Hall at dusk. Sponsored by the St. Michael Lions and the festival, Hassan Sand & Gravel and Foxtailers.
