The Personnel Ministry Team stays busy making certain our paid staff is fully functioning, duties are clearly established and reviewed and staff is compensated for their work to further Christ’s mission on earth through Associated Church? Last year this team oversaw the leadership transition from Pastor Ron to Interim Pastor Kathy, including organizing a retirement party for Ron; hired a new nursery care attendant, Jenny Hager; and worked with
our maintenance staff, Tom Schmidt and Bryce Armstrong, as their work schedules and duties were altered due
to Tom’s brief employment elsewhere and recent return to his former work schedule. Supporting and managing
personnel while constantly wrestling with budgetary concerns weighs heavily on this ministry team and we thank
God for the essential, loving work of both paid staff and volunteer Personnel Ministry Team members.
