Olympics. Ever notice that the gymnasts look as if they
are chiseled from human rock? They train using
bodyweight calisthenics with the added challenge of
an unstable structure. monkii bars are designed to do
the same.
Harnessing the power of stability will be a challenge at
first, however, as you progress, you will notice
everything else getting easier, smoother, and more
controlled. To start, some workouts you may find easy,
others you may find bordering on insanity.
Remember, the beauty of monkii bars is not only in
their design, but in the exploration that becomes
possible through their use. Since most adventures
begin with a crudely drawn map, this manual is meant
to offer some guidance as you begin your journey of
movement.
