Office Gymnastics
In contrast to many of the workouts, this does not
need to be done at race-pace. These are much
higher-skill movements that require form and
control. The rep-count is low to ensure that you
focus on form. Be virtuous.
STAGE 1
Complete 9 Rounds:
4 Strict Pullups
4 Strict Dips
4 Ice Cream Makers
Strict is a good thing. Sometimes I focus
too much on kipping and swinging myself
up and over my monkii bars. Practice the
strict variations of the movements and you
will build up your raw strength.
Everything is about your movements
and precision and timing,
which is what gymnastics is about.
