This is a real-deal workout. Be prepared to sweat
and be sure to be completely warmed-up.
STAGE 1
Complete 10 Rounds:
10 Archer Pushups (5 each arm)
10 V-Outs
10 Pistols (5 each leg)
Trainer tip
All three of these movements require an insane
amount of core strength and stability. Especially
with the instability added by your monkii bars,
the core will be turned on with every movement
you do. Forget about crunches– monkii!
…if you aren't training your mind in concert with your body
you are wasting time.
