Complete the movements in as few sets as possible.
STAGE 1
30 Single-Arm Rows (each arm)
30 Single-Arm Pushups (each arm)
Trainer talk
For both of the single-arm movements, you will
hold both monkii bars at the same time. Relax
the side that is not doing the pushing or pulling,
to the best of your ability, as you pull or push
with the other arm. If you need a little boost, you
can also use the “relaxed side” for the minimum
amount of assistance.
Leave all the afternoon for exercise and recreation,
which are as necessary as reading.
I will rather say more necessary because
health is worth more than learning.
