All that matters is that you get all of the work done.
Set up your monkii bars and leave them up in your
favorite spot. Every time you pass by crank out a few
reps. You will not get sweaty and will feel awesome.
STAGE 1
Throughout your day accumulate:
100 Rows
100 Pushups
monkii challenge
If you are feeling motivated, try completing 200
reps of each throughout the day. If you break it
down, you will be surprised by what is possible.
Most of us think we don’t have enough time to exercise.
