Stairs Inc. Find a flight of stairs nearby and set up your monkii bars as close as possible. Begin with the Stair Sprint. You may skip stairs if you wish. The goal is to get up and down as fast as possible, just do not trip. Once you have completed the movements, rest the remainder of the minute. Continue adding 1 rep each Round until you cannot finish the movements within the allowed minute. Substitute Pullups with Rows if you cannot hang your monkii bars from above. STAGE 1 Minute 1: 1 Pullup & 1 Stair Sprint Minute 2: 2 Pullups & 2 Stair Sprints Minute 3: 3 Pullups & 3 Stair Sprints Etc… fact People in the U.S. spend at least 1896 hours per year at work.
