The Dirty 30
Set up your monkii bars so they hang about 8
inches above the ground. There are no rules to
this workout except for completion. Feel free to
break up the sets however you would like.
STAGE 1
30 Pushups
30 Flys
30 Archer Pushups (15 each arm)
30 Planche Pushups
When I do this workout I do as many reps
as possible of Pushups and then move
to Flys, and Archer Pushups. Then I start
the Planche Pushups, and go until I fail.
From there, I repeat this process until I have
completed all the reps.
In short, all good things are wild and free.
