Find a baseball field. Set up your monkii bars near
the infield. When running the bases, alternate the
direction you run each time.
STAGE 1
Complete 4 Rounds:
10 Archer Pushups (5 each arm)

10 Reverse Flys

10 Wide Pushups
Run the Bases
10 Curls
1-minute Rest
Trainer Talk
You will complete all the movements before
taking the 1-minute Rest. We tend to always run
in a linear fashion, with little change of direction.
