Dunkin’ monkii
Find a basketball court. Set up your monkii bars
on the hoop’s main support beam, if it is sturdy.
STAGE 1
Complete 4 Rounds:
7 Pullups (Jumping Pullups if needed)
Lunge to half-court and back
7 Ground Pushups
Broad Jump to half-court and back

For the sake of intensity, you will only use your
monkii bars for the Pullups. After the Lunges, hit
the deck and begin your Pushups. If you have a
Basketball with you, take ten free-throw shots
before your workout, and ten afterwards. Just to
see what happens…
