For this workout, complete 8 reps of one of the
three movements, every minute. Start each Round
at the top of every minute, then Rest until the
minute is up.
STAGE 1
Complete 15 Rounds:
8 Flys / Triceps Extensions / Squat Jumps
Rest for the remainder of the minute

This is a “density workout.” You will accumulate
a decent amount of volume during your 15 minutes
of movement. To be clear, you will complete 8 Flys
during minute 1 and then rest the remainder of that
minute. Minute 2, complete 8 Triceps Extensions
and then rest the remainder of that minute. Minute
3, complete 8 Squat Jumps and then rest the
remainder of that minute. You will repeat this cycle
for 15 minutes total.
