Trifecta
This is a 3-part workout. Rest as needed between
each Round, but no longer than 5 minutes total.
This is a great workout because you get to move
around and explore the park in order to complete
the movements. You never know what you may
find out there.
STAGE 1
Complete 3 Rounds:
10 Pushups
50-yard Bear Crawl
30-second Rest
Adjust monkii bars to navel-height
STAGE 2
STAGE 3
Complete 3 Rounds:
12 Rows
12 Burpees
30-second Rest
Accumulate 3 minutes of monkii-Hang
or Tuck-Hold. Only count the time you
are in the hold position.
The whole concept of 'wild' was decidedly European,
one not shared by the original inhabitants of this continent…
