YogaSculpt is a high energy, upbeat, music
driven, vinyasa flow. The YogaSculpt sequence
offers a full body workout built around yoga
postural mechanics.
YOGA
AERIAL YOGA | 50 MIN | $45
Breathe, flow, and fly in this exciting yoga
practice that improves overall health and physical
agility, lengthens muscles, and releases tension
throughout your entire body. (Note: Participants
should have a regular yoga practice of 2 to 3
times per week for at least the past 6 months or
have participated in a private Aerial Yoga session
at Miraval Life in Balance. If you have glaucoma,
are beyond your first trimester of pregnancy, or
have had Botox injections within 24 hours, you
should not participate in this class.)
BEACH YOGA | 90 MIN
Let the ocean breeze and the rhythm of waves
guide you through this gentle yoga.
BEGINNER’S YOGA | 50 MIN
All are welcome to join this introductory class.
Movements will be slow and deliberate with
gentle stretches.
H2O BOGALATES | 50 MIN
Float your practice onto the water in this yogalates
practice aboard BOGA YOGA mats tethered
in the pool. Increase your stability and balance
while engaging your core in a SUP-like
yogalates experience.
CANDLELIGHT YOGA | 50 MIN
This softly lit class offers many benefits to a
busy and dynamic life, so come and enjoy
the atmosphere that offers you the support you
need to rest, the instruction to relax and the
time to restore.
FLOW YOGA | 50 MIN
A vigorous and fluid Vinyasa practice
connecting breath and movement to build a
detoxifying heat in the body and a steady
focus in the mind.
GENTLE YOGA | 50 MIN
All are welcome to join us in this introductory
class. Movements will be slow and deliberate

HATHA YOGA | 50 MIN
Pronounced “Hatta,” Yoga poses are
practiced to align, strengthen and promote
flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques
and meditation are also integrated.
YOGALATES | 50 MIN
Develop your core strength, postural alignment
and stabilization through Pilates poses. Improve
your enhanced mind and body awareness,
strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and muscular
strength through yoga poses.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
AERIAL YOGA | 50 MIN | $150 pp
Join us to experience this exciting offering.
Through this practice, participants will be able
to decompress tight joints, stretch further with less
strain, and create better body awareness while
increasing overall agility. If you have glaucoma,
are beyond your first trimester of pregnancy, or
have had Botox injections within 24 hours you
should not participate in this class. All levels are
welcome for private sessions as we customize the
practice to your ability.
CUSTOM YOGA | 50 Min | $150 pp
During this private consultation, the holistic
benefits of yoga will be tailored to meet your
needs in the moment and/or help you establish
an ongoing yoga routine. Suggestions: Vinyasa,
Yin Yoga, home practice, etc.
