body, lower body & abdominals. After each
completion of the third round there is a one-
minute Cardio Blast. Miraval Stretch at the
end of each class.
POSTURE AND ALIGNMENT | 45 MIN
This class will strengthen your posterior (back)
muscles and stretch your anterior (front)
muscles. Throughout our daily lives we are put
into positions our bodies aren’t meant to do
repetitively like sitting at a desk or commuting in a
car for extended amounts of time.

Gently open the body to stretching postures.

Instructor-led stationary cycle with an epic ocean

This traveling workout starts with a hike to the
beach. Our outdoor gym utilizes varying terrain
for strength moves, cardio and endurance work,
balance and agility drills followed by stretching and
mindfulness moments.
TRX ADVANCED LEVEL | 45 MIN
Utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer, this class
emphasizes muscular endurance and aerobic
conditioning, plus 2-minute explosive cardiovascular
intervals between sets.
