Too many recipes saved, too little time? We have scoured the world of TikTok to find some easy meals to make that are not only healthy, but perfect for that after-workout meal.
High protein breakfast hot pockets
Looking for a quick protein fix for breakfast? Look no further: these hot pockets are only 328 calories with 32g of protein.
Recipe: Ingredients:
• 120g diced short cut bacon( can be substituted for beef or chicken)
• 6 eggs & 150g egg whites( whisked- or 8 regular eggs)
• 400g plain all-purpose flour( can be substituted with selfraising flour)
• 420g low fat Greek yoghurt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & black pepper
• 160g low fat grated cheese( 20g per hot pocket)
• Chives

NB: If you find yourself having trouble forming the dough because it’ s too sticky, start by adding the flour first, then slowly add the yoghurt & mix it together. Some yoghurt brands contain more or less moisture than others, which can influence its stickiness. If this happens, slowly add more flour until you reach a consistency you can work with; make sure to add some flour to your hands, too. Best served with yoghurt and berries.
