Sugary drinks are one of the main contributors to the rising obesity
rates in the UK, in order to burn off body fat it is absolutely vital to
be cautious with the liquids we drink
Warning – Also be aware of diet drinks such as branded colas and other
zero sugar low calorie drinks as they contain artificial sweeteners like
aspartame, cyclamate, saccharin, acesulfame-k or sucralose, these are linked
to metabolic syndrome which will increase your risk of type 2 diabetes. They
also keep you craving for more sweet tasting foods!
Healthy liquid options :Teas (decaffeinated) … Try these hot or cold:

Peppermint tea
Lemon and ginger tea
Camomile and spearmint tea
Red bush
Strawberry and raspberry tea
Orange, mango and cinnamon tea
English breakfast decaffeinated tea

Avoid full fat milk, alternatives are:

Filtered water using a filter jug, making tap water taste better. Brands like Brita

size
