AND THEIR ROLE
IN GENOCIDE KNOWLEDGE TRANSMISSION
The importance of individual stories in terms of genocide knowledge
transmission is discussed in this article. Namely, it views the functional
significance of individual histories as an important gadget in memory
transmission.
The article discusses and analyzes the importance of “telling the story of
Armenian Genocide throughout an individual’s story”. The main conclusion
is that the individual stories of genocide survivors are of exceptional
importance, because they act as an effective mean in genocide knowledge
transmission.
