Vertical jump: The vertical jump is a test that is done close to a wall, we start standing and stretch our arm up to determine the initial measurement. At the signal, you will have to jump without being able to pick up impulse with any step, and touch the highest possible area of the wall. The difference between the initial measurement and the one obtained during the jump will be the score obtained. To approve we need to reach 55 centimeters in the case of men and 45 centimeters in the case of women. This test only has the score of apt or not apt.

Horizontal jump: With delimitation by a line, we must make a horizontal jump forward from standing with our feet together. To pass this test, men will have to reach 237 centimeters and women up to 204 centimeters. Undoubtedly another proof that needs a very high degree of concentration, since we can not leave at any time in a previously delimited area.

Flexibility: In this type of measure, our angle of free fall, the feet on the floor in front of a drawer on which we will slide our arms to the highest number of centimeters than that. To finish we will need between 26 and 30 centimeters in men and women respectively. This test has a variant, which is to postulate with the heels after a line drawn on the floor and flex the trunk to slide as high as possible the arms below the legs.

Bench Press: We will have to perform this typical gym exercise with 45 kilograms on each side of the bar. The bench will be placed, usually horizontal to the ground. To get approved we will have to perform 20 repetitions in 19 seconds or less. For the girls, the weights change and they will be placed around the 25 kilograms on each side, being able to approve doing more than 18 repetitions in less than 25 seconds approximately.

Apnea or diving: This exercise will be carried out in a pool of 25 or 50 meters long in which we will have to make a total displacement of 25 meters below the water with a single inspiration. All this we will have to do in less than 40 seconds for men and 44 seconds for girls. The exam note will be apt or not apt.

Swimming: In a pool tucked into the water we will have to walk the length of 50 meters in less than 38 seconds to approve (in men) or lower 45 seconds (in women). We can use the style of swimming that suits us and with which we are more comfortable and faster. The craw is the most recommended.
