HOW IS THE TRAINING OF A FIREFIGHTER?
The day a day of a firefighter is a real challenge to danger, and very different from the routine that is generated in another job.
Unlike the access to the National or Local Police Department, in the Fire Department each autonomous community decides which tests and which brands to apply to those exercises.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTS
Climb the rope: This rope is between 5 and 7 meters high. The exercise should be started from sitting on a thick mat. To pass the exam we must ascend in less than 10-13 seconds. The girls should get it in less than 12-15 seconds.
100 meters smooth: This test will be done on a competition track in the city that is held. To be able to approve it we will have to make the journey in less than 14 seconds. Women must lower the mark of 15.50 seconds. In some places this exercise can reach up to 200 meters with a maximum of 30 seconds for men and 35 for women.
2000 meters smooth: In the same way as the previous test, will meet in a competition track enabled for the occasion, in which participants must travel the distance of 2000 meters in a time less than 7 minutes and 10 seconds to pass. In the case of females, they must take the test in less than 7 minutes and 40 seconds to pass. This test can vary between 2000-3000 meters.
Dominated: This test is the one in which the majority of people who show up suspend or get a score bordering on the minimum to pass. It is the most durable all without a doubt. We will settle on a bar parallel to the ground at a height of about 180 centimeters, with the ends inclined downwards. In order to pass, we will have to hold hands with the palms facing forward, get over the bar with the chin 15 times, and the girls will need to do it 10 times. In some other places the bar will be completely straight.
