Buttermilk Fried Chicken
METHOD INGREDIANTS
Take a bowl and add in the chicken . Now add all the marination ingrediants in it and mix well . Let this marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge . Now remove this fridge and let it come to room temperature . Take flour , salt chilli powder in a plate and mix well . Dip each chicken piece in a flour mixture . Coat it on all sides . Place them in a rack and leave for 10 minutes , so that it gets dry and the flour coat each piece well . Heat oil for frying . Drop few pieces of chicken in . Dont crowd the oil . Deep fry the chicken in medium flame for 15 minutes . Now increase the flame and cook for 5 minutes , so that it gets nice colour . Drain the chicken in paper towel . Serve with hot sauce and ketchup .
Chicken - 1kg
Oil for deep frying
Butter Milk - 2Cups
Ginger garlic paste 2 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Garam Masala 1 Tablespoon
FOR FLOUR COATING
All purpose flour 2 Cups
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 2 tablespoon
