Paradigm Shift

It is said women consistently underestimate their own talents and abilities especially in fields of business dominated by males. Though the role of women in the television industry is not fully explored, Rami believes that there has been a paradigm shift over the years.“ I don ' t think women underestimate themselves per se, it ' s just that we were never expected to do some things, which led to opportunities not being presented to us.
