MEET YOUR CREATOR: APPRECIATING HASHEM’S GREAT OUTDOORS
Completely Bugged out
Finding hashem’s wisdom in insects
"?"????? ?' ?? ??????
There is
infinite
wisdom
with which
insects
were
designed
and created
U
sually, people give little attention to bugs. All we
know is that these tiny critters cause us a lot of
frustration. Throughout the summer, we tend to
wave our hands endlessly at the constant nagging of misquotes
and bees. Unfortunately, however, we neglect to recognize the
infinite wisdom with which they were designed and created. If
we would just take a look at the minute differences from one
insect to another as each one attends to its inborn duties, we
would find an incredible appreciation for '?’??s world.
The deathwatch
beetle,
although
weak and
soft, eats
through
and digests
wood
L
et us take a quick look at the death-watch beetle. This
weak, soft creature bores its way through
wood, which it is able to digest. In its
alimentary canal there are pockets of yeast plants
which function like a brewery in order to digest
the wood. How exactly did the death-watch beetle
acquire these yeast plants? There were none inside the egg from
which it was hatched. In fact, the mother beetle has two
receptacles of yeast plants located near the orifice from which she
lays eggs, and therefore, each egg emerges with yeast plants
clinging to the shell. When the baby beetle eats its way out of the
shell, it swallows some of the yeast plants along with the shell.
How about that for Divine design!
