Debido a que un elevado número de pacientes mayores de 65 están siendo tratados con inhibidores de la recaptación de serotonina hay que tener presente la aparición de SIADH como efecto secundario y realizar control analítico en los tres primeros meses, especialmente si presentan deterioro del estado general y / o están en tratamiento con diuréticos.
