In High School, Moore was ranked by Perfect Game as the No. 3 overall recruit in the state of Iowa. He also led Van Meter High School to a perfect 39-0 season capping it off with a State Championship. In his senior season, Moore batted. 500 with 14 homeruns and 65 RBIs. Son of Ryan and Katrina Moore. Father Ryan played baseball at Grand View University.
