Ohland is in his first year with the Lopes. Spent one season with the Washington Huskies program in 2024. Appeared in 45 games with 37 starts, primarily in right field. Ranked by Perfect Game as the No. 6 best player in the state of Louisiana in 2024. Younger brother of current LSU outfielder Josh Pearson. Oldest brother, Jacob, was selected by the Los Angeles Angels in the third round of the 2017 MLB Draft. Helped lead West Monroe High School to the 2024 state title, batting. 378 with 10 doubles, two triples, six homers, 45 RBI and 23 runs. Pearson is majoring in Sport Administration at LSU.
