The perfect consistency can be detected by feeling resistance
while stirring, about 15min.
Remove from heat immediately. Remove cinnamon stick.
Note: Continuing to cook after thickened could cause the custard to curdle
or separate. The best way to avoid over-cooking is to promptly remove
from heat immediately after feeling resistance while stirring.
Ladle custard into ramekins or other oven-safe dish, such as
a teacup.
Refrigerate a minimum of 2-3 hours before serving.
