Finishing touch:
Remove ramekins from
refrigerator and sprinkle layer
of sugar on each one.
Caramelize sugar using a chef’s
torch.
Note: If you do not have a chef’s torch, caramelize sugar in your broiler
until golden brown, about 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
Crack the sugary shell and enjoy!
