A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Dustin Heck, to add Elizabeth Bauer as signer on WSCA’ s Minnco Credit Union account. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Lori Taylor, to add Lynn-Ellen St. Martin as signer on WSCA’ s Minnco Credit Union account. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Dustin Heck, to add Amanda Gustafson as signer on WSCA’ s Minnco Credit Union. Motion carried unanimously.
The board began discussing options for a Social Media policy. The policy would be for judges, employees, board members and WSCA members.
Lori shared the upcoming World Percheron Show is looking for volunteers, and Lori is looking at giving them sponsorship information and obtaining sponsorship information from them. It was noted that it’ s important for the equine community to support each other.
It was noted that the 2025 / 2026 Royalty court has been meeting all of their requirements as expected of WSCA, and has yet to receive the second half of their award money.
A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Courtney Betsch, that the 2025 / 2026 Royalty court be paid their second half of award money. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Dustin Heck to adjourn the March 1, 2026 Board of Directors meeting at 12:20 pm. Motion passed unanimously.
