BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING APRIL 6TH , 2022 7:00 PM AMERICAN LEGION , CHASKA , MN MINUTES
Board Members Present : James Duenow , Amber Duncanson , Steve Tibbetts , Kevin Berger , Julie Gintner , Ann Goebel , Steve Bobzin , Andrea Monicken

Secretary ’ s Report : Leslie Mason Motion made by Steve Bobzin , seconded by Amber Duncanson to approve the March 6th , 2022 , Board Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously .

Reviewed the Balance Sheet and Income Statement . YTD Net Income ( Loss ) is ($ 47,806.08 ). Motion made by Julie Gintner , seconded by Amber Duncanson , to accept the Treasurer ’ s Report subject to audit from March 31 , 2022 . Motion carried unanimously .
Correspondence : There are 173 clubs renewed to date , last year 180 clubs were renewed to date .
Committee Reports :
Championship Horse Show : Steve Tibbetts The ribbons and trophies for Champ Show have been ordered . Steve mentioned that the State Fair is looking for anyone that would be interested in managing the barns at the State Fair .
Computer : Jake Flodquist Absent . Nothing to report .
Drills and Squares : Marlys Mooney A stable from Hugo is interested in participating at the State Fair .
Futurity : Kathy Murphy Absent . Nothing to report .
Historian : Tim Wampfler Absent . Nothing to report .
Judges : Kim Ziegler Absent . Nothing to report .
Marketing & Promotions : Rachel Duenow Absent . Things have been going well . Requesting photos via the Facebook page to update the WSCA website .
Nominating : Kevin Berger Working with Ann Goebel to search for candidates .
