Around The Region
We popped in at the Sawyeville Baptist Church recently to check out their latest Children’s Club happenings. We found them hard at work making wooden flower boxes for their
mothers on Mothers Day. The children were busy hammering in nails and decorating the boxes with colorful designs. Mac (Poppi) Burns along with Mary McBurney and others
were busy helping the children. When the boxes were ready, they headed outside to varnish with Craig McBurney. Corey Bellam photos.
