Scottish Handball – German Competition
We are delighted to congratulate Millie Rorison and Jessica Fiddes on their outstanding achievements in handball. Earlier this year, both S2 pupils were selected to represent the Scottish Handball National Academy team during a competition in Bernberg, Germany— a remarkable honour for such young athletes.
Their trip was filled with unforgettable experiences. Millie and Jessica were invited to a formal dinner with the mayor, enjoyed international recognition as Millie was interviewed on German television, and even appeared on the news. They also attended a Live League women’ s handball match, where they had the incredible opportunity to run out onto the court alongside the professional players.
This was a truly exceptional experience for both girls and a testament to their dedication and talent. Well done, Millie and Jessica— we are incredibly proud of you!
