Language Workshop with the University of Strathclyde.
On Friday 22nd May, we had the pleasure to meet David Vescio, a PhD Researcher from the Universities of Stirling, Glasgow and Strathclyde. Our S3 French and Spanish students got treated to a quiz about the language they are learning but also on fun cultural facts. Our students have also taken part into a survey to help shape the future of language learning in Scotland.
P6 Transition: Languages and Developing Young Workforce
Our Marr Cluster primary schools came to Marr College on 26th May 2026, where they met with 16 different employers. P6 pupils rotated round the groups, chatting to the employers and asking questions about their jobs, what skills they use, and how they got there.
