Open terrariums will need watering more frequently, but succulents should still be allowed to dry between waterings. The Kombat Garden Spray Bottle 1L is ideal for terrarium care. A fine mist gives you much more control than pouring water from a jug, particularly in a small closed terrarium where too much water can quickly become a problem.

Plants still need light, even when they live inside a beautiful glass container.
Most tropical terrariums prefer plenty of bright, indirect light rather than harsh sunshine. Direct sun striking a glass container can cause the temperature inside to rise rapidly.
