OPPORTUNITIES
The opportunities hold are one of the most important parts, as if you can't think of any your business as no way of developing and it limits the success. Here are some of the opportunities Creative Crew could work into as they grow.
The first being obvious is to start a female Creative Crew, if we can establish a strong presence in the male market why not spread our work across the industry as a whole.
Next we could build bigger partnerships in the industry teaming up with business and work together on projects, examples would be with Brother model agency or Appear Here event space agency.
Working towards including the community further, Creative Crew could launch their own networking site for creatives to build connections with others and share their work.
The final opportunity I'm including is to go global, yes we can go to the big cities that have very well known creative communities, but like I focused on the men's industry which was smaller and didn't have as much focus we will go to the less focused on places such as Brazil or South Africa to help expose their creative communities.
THREATS
Threats will always be competitors, some have been in the industry longer and have better connections and others will come after you with something news which may attract clients. So it's important to always be aware of what your competitors are doing to keep on top of them.
Similar to competitors is that there are other ways clients could source creative talent, as a lot of creatives are free lance, and there for it would be cheaper. To overcome this we would need to make our service something special that they wouldn't otherwise get.
The final threat included is the members reputation, they will hold the crews image with them where ever they go, if they do something that reflects us in a bad way while working with clients, it would put a bad reputation on us and could mean we lose that client. So it will be important that every member wants to represent they crew and will do so respectfully.
