STRENGTHS
Starting with the strengths of Creative Crew is there is not currently another company with the same features and strategy. Giving us a space to work with in the market. We are also placing ourselves in a market that is growing, the mens fashion/creative industry which allows us to develop with the market.
Being named an exclusive crew, would bring more interest and attention to us as exclusivity brings a higher demand.
The final strength to the Creative Crew is the minimal start up cost needed, as we would only need a website and some marketing to get started.
WEAKNESSES
Looking into the weaknesses of Creative Crew we start with it being a new company, there are a lot of things to build. One being an audience and more importantly clients. We will start with no industry relationships so it may be difficult to find a client who would trust us.
Also being an exclusive crew may be a weakness as well as a strength. This is because it could limit how far we could grow or make the audience less connected to us.
