will lead to lower level of accuracy in responses. A draft survey questionnaire was shared and discussed with relevant government agencies and industry associations to obtain their feedback. Following that, a pilot survey was conducted with companies in different sub-sectors to identify areas for improvement in the questionnaire. Upon finalization of the questionnaire and completion of online programming, survey invitations were sent out to all companies. We followed up with each company to ensure that the right respondent has the survey link and to encourage participation. The follow-up process also included briefing the respondents about the objective of the survey and providing the necessary guidance to them. Several reminders were sent out throughout the course of fieldwork, supported by regular follow-up calls as mentioned earlier. During the fieldwork period, data checking was done on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and reliability of responses. We reached out to the respondents to seek clarification of the answers provided if necessary. Where possible, an additional qualitative survey was conducted with selected establishments in the respective sectors to validate the understanding and confirm the accuracy of the responses. 5.3.4 Questionnaire design and information coverage The survey length was approximately 30 minutes to ensure that the questions focused on the key information required and to minimize respondents’ fatigue which will lead to lower level of accuracy in responses.
