will lead to lower level of accuracy in responses. A draft survey questionnaire was shared and
discussed with relevant government agencies and industry associations to obtain their
feedback. Following that, a pilot survey was conducted with companies in different sub-sectors
to identify areas for improvement in the questionnaire. Upon finalization of the questionnaire
and completion of online programming, survey invitations were sent out to all companies.
We followed up with each company to ensure that the right respondent has the survey link and
to encourage participation. The follow-up process also included briefing the respondents about
the objective of the survey and providing the necessary guidance to them. Several reminders
were sent out throughout the course of fieldwork, supported by regular follow-up calls as
mentioned earlier. During the fieldwork period, data checking was done on a regular basis to
ensure accuracy and reliability of responses. We reached out to the respondents to seek
clarification of the answers provided if necessary. Where possible, an additional qualitative
survey was conducted with selected establishments in the respective sectors to validate the
understanding and confirm the accuracy of the responses.
