Step 1 Assemble your tools and piping bags of buttercream for decorating .

To start the design , we mark out the centre of your cake with the cocktail stick .
Step 3 Now mark out 2 x larger circles using the circle cutters . Gently press the cutter into the buttercream or trace around the cutter with your cocktail stick . These will act as rough guides for your rose petal placements . Don ’ t worry if it ’ s not exactly perfect .
