“Why is there lightning,” asks Trevor.

“The triangles control the weather one kilometer around it and this is there emergency whether protocol,” I reply.

“Nice to know,” says Jonathan.

“Also if it hits you die instantly,” I reply.

“So don't get hit,” says Dael out of breath.

“No one else going to bring up the fact that we are going to freeze,” whines Trevor.

“It's only one kilometer,” says Jonathan.

“Actually the snow is real,” I reply.

“So more than one kilometer,” says Dael.

“Way more than one kilometer,” I reply.

“Also please tell us that that was the fast way,” says Jonathan.

“You never asked,” I reply with a smirk.

“What do we do now,” asks Trevor.

“We keep on running till we find shelter or die of hypothermia,” I reply.

“That's very comforting,” says Trevor.

“Another thing that's comforting is that the chief guard is going to come to search for us any second now,” I say.

“Why didn't you tell us that sooner,” says Jonathan.

“Well let's go then,” I say.

Then we run into the storm trying not to get us all killed in the process. There's lightning striking the ground everywhere around us. No lightning gets close to us for the first ten seconds.

Then we have to split up not to get hit and since lightning is really quick each of us has to keep moving in order not to get hit and well die. We run for ten minutes without stopping and then I see the end of the storm and see where it all stops but then a lightning strike gets too close to my leg and I fall.

The pain is excruciating and the lightning landed a meter away that's a third degree burn but i'm used to being burned so I force myself to stand up and keep going I can now only jog and when I look back to see a vehicle that has a blue glow on its black features and when hit by the lightning it makes it bounce right off.

The guards are here. I ran as fast as I can with my burned leg. I am just a few meters behind the others. But my knowledge tells me that a burned leg can't outrun a car going one hundred miles an hour. But I still go on because what else am I supposed to do. I am about twenty meters away and everyone else about ten.

“This is going to hurt,” is all I manage to say before i'm run over. I at least broke ten different bones. I lay on the ground because that's all I can do since I can't move at least different limbs and watch helplessly as the vehicle chases Trevor, Jonathan and Dael but when it reaches the force field the people inside have to get out when they do I see a the Chief Guard get out along with a soldier wearing a mask which is rare since most guards want you to see their faces to let you know who is the worst guard I have only seen one guard with a mask but it turned out to be someone that tried to escape.

The Chief Guard looks my way and smiles then runs through the force field with the solider and leaves me there. Lightning strikes all around me and so close that I get a few more third degree burns all around my body till a lightning strike finally hits me and as I know I die instantly but that was only the first time that happened.
