Elements to consider in the contract
Designation of the parties Obligations of the parties (sales quotas)
Commitments that the commercial agent can acquire
on behalf of the company Commission accrual and payments
Declaration of good faith and loyalty Termination of the contract (rights and
obligations)
Contract period Compensation
Product enumeration Regulation of use of trademarks and patents
Delimitation of the territory Applicable law and competent court
