candidates
to the needs and views of the
LCM. By the time this article is
being read, we hope to have the
Ministry Site Profile about com-
pleted. Once completed, the next
step is to form a call committee to
start in the call process. For
forming the call committee, we
intend to have a diverse group of
LCM members that represents
our whole LCM congregation. If
you would have interest in partic-
ipating, please make mention to
council. This process will take
some time, but it is all for good
reasons. We need to keep in mind
that God always has a plan for us!
Also at this time, I would like to
say an extra thank you to Kat, the
Music & Worship committee, and
our three SAM candidates as they
all have been doing a great job in
the planning and leading of
worship as we are in this
transition period. There may be
times we will ask for other
requests or opportunities for
volunteering from members to
make sure we carry out all of our
duties as a church, so please don’t
hesitate to ask to help or say yes
to participate!
