Altogether , we amassed around 890 books to be donated to Books Beyond Borders , raising an impressive sum in support of full scholarships for the vulnerable in Nepal to enable them to attain higher secondary education .

All in all , we learnt more about the importance of coming together as a community to serve the wider community , even if they are more than 3,000 kilometres away .
