“ The most memorable part of this trip was the lessons with the students from Tainan Second Senior High School . Their lessons included 3D modelling where I got the opportunity to learn how 3D printing worked and to fly drones . I also learnt that students here are very hardworking and their schedules are filled sometimes until 9.30pm . I truly admire how diligent they are .” – Matthias Chee ( MN516 , 2023 )
“ This trip has been a very fulfilling and insightful experience especially about Chinese culture . I learnt that there are various tribes and native communities in Taiwan even though we all speak Chinese . This trip provided me a chance to interact closely with them . Our visit to the community centre in Pingtung village gave me a chance to sit and talk with the elders and kids while doing arts and crafts together . An elder lady shared her hardships , her way of life , and about her family . She reminded me of my own grandmother .” – Charis Sng ( LE607 )
