ARTICLE IV. OFFICES / DUTIES
Section 1 The offices will be chosen by the elected Representatives. a) One Representative will take the duties of the Secretary. i.
This Representative will have the duty of taking notes at all general, special and executive board meetings and to make sure those notes are available to all Representatives via googledoc or email. b) One of the remaining Representatives will take the duties of the Treasurer. i. This Representative will have the duty of keeping track of all funds in and out, have reports for every meeting, and make sure we use the entirety of our budget. c) The third Representative will take the duties of Public Relations. i.
This Representative will have the duty of promoting Sorority Council and all events hosted / sponsored by Sorority Council. d) All Representatives will have the duty of taking information from Sorority Council meeting back to their chapter meetings. e) All Representatives will work together to plan and execute one philanthropy, one fundraising, and one social event each academic year.
Section 2 Two Representatives may vote to remove the third with the approval of the Advisor. See Article VII, Section 2.
ARTICLE V. MEETINGS
Section 1 General meetings of the Council shall be held at least once a month.
Section 2 Special meetings may be called by the Council at any time or may be called by the Council at the request of any member sorority President.
Section 3 General meetings for each semester shall be announced at the beginning of said semester.
ARTICLE VI. SORORITY COUNCIL ADVISOR
Section 1 The advisor of Sorority Council will be the Director of Greek Life at LTU.
